The Sacramento Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America this month is offering a CLE seminar titled Revision of Workers' Compensation Laws.

The program will take place on Wednesday, November 17 from noon to 2 p.m. at a location to be determined.

Discussion topics for the luncheon session will include:

• Key provisions of SB 899;
• Three new managed care constructs;
• Practical perspective on how the revisions impact the workers' compensation process.
