Proskauer Offering SeminarOn Ethics For Corporate Counsel

The firm of Proskauer Rose LLP on Thursday, November 4 will present a CLE seminar titled Being a Professionally Responsible Corporate Counsel.

In-house attorneys face a wide range of ethical issues in their day-to-day work. In addition to giving attendees a basic grounding in the ethical rules applicable to them, this seminar is specifically tailored to address a number of issues of particular importance to the corporate counsel. These issues include:

  • The Ethics of Negotiation;
  • Attorney-Client Privilege: Scope and Waiver;
  • Document and Electronic Discovery Obligations;
  • Depositions of In-House and Outside Counsel.

Speakers at the program will be Steven C. Krane and Jeremy R. Feinberg, Proskauer Rose.

The program will take place from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the Proskauer Rose offices, 1585 Broadway, New York City.
