The session will address topics such as: recent case law developments, implications of the State Development and Redevelopment Plan, impact of federal fair housing laws, Takings Law update, watershed management/septic update, The Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act, and legislative and regulatory developments.
The program moderator will be Richard M. Hluchan, Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP. Other speakers will include Barbara A. Casey, Ballard Spahr; Frank J. Petrino, Sterns & Weinroth; Kevin D. Sheehan, Parker, McCay & Criscuolo, and Damon G. Tyner, Fox Rothschild LLP.
