VA CLE To Present 'A Guide To Appellate Practice In Virginia'

Virginia CLE this month will present video replays in two locations of a CLE seminar titled A Guide to Appellate Practice in Virginia.


The sessions will take place on Wednesday, June 16 at the Executive Conference and Training Center at Tysons Corner, 8201 Greensboro Drive, Tysons Corner, VA, and on Friday, June 18 at the Crowne Plaza Washington National Airport, 1489 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA. Each session runs from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with registration starting at 8:30 a.m.


This seminar blends the observations of sitting Supreme Court of Virginia justices and Court of Appeals of Virginia judges with the insights of practitioners who have experience in handling appellate cases.


The program moderator is Kenneth C. Bass III, Sterne Kessler & Baronian PC.


Judicial participants in the seminar include the Hon. Barbara Milano and the Hon. Donald W. Lemons, justices of the Supreme Court of Virginia, and the Hon. Walter S. Felton Jr., the Hon. Robert P. Frank and the Hon. Robert J. Humphreys, all of the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
