April 28, Alternative Financing Vehicles: PIPEs, Registered Direct Offerings and Other Creative Choices.
The firm also will present an evening CLE seminar titled New Media and Emerging Technologies: Staying Interactive in the High Tech Environment on Thursday, April 29 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Princeton Club, 15 West 43rd Street, New York City.
