PLI Schedules Securities Litigation And Enforcement Institute

On Monday, October 17, the Practising Law Institute will offer the Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute 2011.

It will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the PLI CA Center, 685 Market Street in San Francisco.

Designed for the intermediate to advanced securities practitioner, outside and in-house counsel, compliance officers, regulators, investment bankers and securities dealers, the seminar will help practitioners stay current in the constantly evolving landscape of securities litigation and develop new strategies and tactics. Attendees will learn the latest trends and strategies in securities litigation; government enforcement initiatives and how to deal effectively with the government; criminal investigation and prosecution of securities violations; the latest on corporate governance litigation; and securities litigation on the world stage.
