No specific skill set is required as the Earned Income Tax Coalition welcomes all volunteers. Training is designed to teach basic tax preparation using Taxwise, computer software that simplifies the preparation process to create a user-friendly experience.Volunteers are also provided with additional resources including on-site staff support and resources for more complicated tax situations.
