PBI Examines Citizens United

Join the Pennsylvania Bar Institute for a program following up on the recent Supreme Court decision regarding corporate political contributors and freedom of speech titled Citizens United: What it Says and How it Will Affect Elections, Election Law, and Campaign Finance.

The seminar will be held on Thursday, July 1, at the Berks County Bar Association, 544 Court Street in Reading, Pennsylvania and will run from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m.

The panelists are Gregory M. Harvey, Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP; Clifford B. Levine, Thorp Reed & Armstrong; and Lawrence J. Tabas, general counsel, Republican State Committee of Pennsylvania and the firm of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP.
