On Thursday, February 11, the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the ACC is presenting an evening program, Proportionality: How to Control The Costs of E-Discovery.
The meeting will be held at The Carnegie Science Center, One Allegheny Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA. Dinner and the discussion will begin at 5:30 p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m.
The presenters are from the co-sponsoring firm of Mintzer, Sarowitz, Zeris, Ledva & Meyers, LLP and include Jennifer Keadle Mason and Peter Mansmann of Precise Law.
Participants will learn from professionals in practice the various and proportional ways to control the overwhelming costs of conducting e-discovery.
