PLI To Examine White Collar Crime

The Practising Law Institute has scheduled a program, White Collar Crime 2009: Prosecutors and Regulators Speak, to be held on Monday, October 5, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the PLI New York Center, 810 Seventh Avenue, New York.

The program will be moderated by current and former high-level officials from the Justice Department and SEC and includes the following presenters:James. J.
