San Francisco Bar To Discuss The Subprime Crisis

The San Francisco Bar Association will hold a lunchtime CLE session titled The Subprime Crisis: Trends in Criminal, Regulatory and Private Actions on Wednesday, January 21, from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Topics that will be discussed are recent developments in private actions, criminal enforcement and SEC enforcement.

Moderator Dean Paik, shareholder with Rogers Joseph O'Donnell, will lead the discussion with the following lawyers: Walter Brown, partner, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP; David Bayless, partner, Covington & Burling LLP; and Robert Rosenfeld, partner, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.
