Negotiated Corporate Acquisitions is the title of an early January seminar being offered by the State Bar of Georgia. On Thursday, January 8, the program will take place at the Marriott Century Center Hotel, 2000 Century Boulevard, NE, Atlanta. Registration for the session begins at 8:15 a.m. and the program concludes at4:30 p.m.
