NJICLE Workshop: Advanced Arbitration Clinic

Court-approved arbitrators are required to complete two hours of training every two years. This advanced-level program will fulfill the CLE requirement pursuant to Court Rule 1:40-12(c). It will go beyond the basics to explore proven strategies and advanced techniques that can be used effectively to arbitrate cases.

Perone, chief, Civil Court Programs, Administrative Office of the Courts in Trenton and Russell M. Woods, Law Office of Russell M. Woods, willpresent the program on Thursday, October 16 from 9 to 11 a.m., at the Woodbridge Hotel and Conference Center at Iselin.

The speakers will cover important arbitration concepts and the participants will take part in an interactive mock arbitration session. Recent case law and ethical pitfalls will be reviewed.
