PLI To Present Annual Employment Law Institute

The Practising Law Institute has scheduled its 37th annual Employment Law Institute for Thursday and Friday, September 25 and 26, at the PLI Center in San Francisco.

The sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.

The two-day institute will combine a comprehensive review of a broad range of case law and regulatory developments, an in-depth analysis of emerging issues, and practical guidance on best practices to maximize employment law compliance, mitigate legal risk, and achieve business objectives.

The faculty of nationally recognized management attorneys, in-house counsel, plaintiff's lawyers, judges, and government enforcement agency attorneys includes co-chairs Reginald C. Govan, Jones Day, and Timothy J. Long, Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Aaron L. Agenbroad, Jones Day, Rachel Lyn Barack, senior corporate counsel, The Clorox Company, Joan C. Williams, Hastings College of Law, Jerald Undinsky, A.S.A, president, The Udinsky Group, and Victoria R. Carradero, assistant U.S. attorney, United States Attorney's Office, Northern District of California.
