Integreon Acquires Datum Legal, Launches Improved Services

Integreon Managed Solutions, Inc., a global leader in diversified knowledge process outsourcing, has announced that it has acquired Datum Legal, Inc., a leading litigation support and electronic data discovery (EDD) company in New York City. Chris Egan, Datum Legal's founder and CEO, has been named an Integreon Senior Vice President and will oversee the company's Discovery Solutions business.
