PLI Securities Arbitration Seminar To Be Groupcast In PBI Center

The Practising Law Institute will sponsor a live groupcast of its simultaneous New York City seminar, Securities Arbitration 2008: Evolving and Improving, on Wednesday, August 6 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Attendees in Pennsylvania will be viewing the broadcast at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Suite 1010, Philadelphia. H. Thomas Fehn, Fields, Fehn & Sherwin and Ross P. Tulman, Tulman Investment Advisory (TIA) Group will moderate the program. Faculty includes Kenneth L. Andrichik, Senior Vice President and Director of Mediation and Business Strategies, FINRA Dispute Resolution, Inc.; Hugh D. Berkson, Hermann Cahn & Schneider LLP; Michael P.
